Prices Exclude
- International transport to Windhoek International Airport and associated costs.
- Road transport to and from Hosea Kutako International Airport (Windhoek).
- Transport to Windhoek for shopping trips.
- Air transport to concession areas.
- International phone calls.
- Insurance and medical expenses of any kind for hunters or non-hunting guests.
- Taxidermist mounting, packaging, and shipping fees of trophies.
- Import permits and fees required by countries other than Namibia.
- Sightseeing excursions or trips beyond the game ranch.
- Gratuities to Camp Staff and Professional Hunters.
- Trophy fees for game wounded and lost.
- Accommodation expenses before and after the contracted hunting period
Confirmation of the Hunt
- Your hunt and chosen dates will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total daily rate for both hunting and non-hunting guests.
- The balance of the total daily rate is payable 30 days prior to the commencement of the hunt.
- All trophy fees for animals taken, or wounded and lost, must be settled in full before the client departs the hunting camp.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at all times, enabling final payments to be made via wire transfer, credit card, or cash.
Tailored Quotations
We understand that every safari is unique. Our preference is to provide quotations based on your specific needs and expectations, ensuring that your Namibian adventure is personalised, transparent, and memorable.
Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety and well-being, Alan Michael Expeditions cannot accept liability for any injury, illness, accident, or loss incurred during or after your safari. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
